Once again this year, we had a wonderful internal Christmas party together. A big thank you goes to our entertainment manager Sonja Eichstätter for organizing the evening.

On November 28, 2025, it was that time again: our annual Christmas party was just around the corner - and as every year, our employees and their partners were able to look forward to a special evening. For many, the party is already a fixed part of the Advent season and is always a real highlight in the annual calendar. This time, too, we were treated to the finest cuisine by Restaurant Schwögler. The kitchen and service team provided great food, warm hospitality and a cozy atmosphere to ensure that everyone felt completely at ease.

Our health officer Evi Wittmann has organized a professional bioimpedance analysis for our employees - a valuable service to help them better understand their own body composition.

As in previous years, we will of course not miss out on the popular Lions doughnut feast on 11.11 this year.

Yoga has been an integral part of our company routine for exactly one year now! Every Tuesday after work, around 8 to 12 employees meet for a yoga session with Susanne Ohneis. What originally began as a test phase has now become a fixed part of our health program - and many colleagues can no longer imagine their weekly schedule without it.

At this year's duck dinner at Landgasthof Röhrl in Pullach, we were once again treated to a delicious meal - crispy duck, served with red cabbage and dumplings.

CONNECTA in Regensburg is the largest company contact fair in Bavaria and has established itself as an important meeting point between business, social institutions and students. Every year, numerous companies looking for motivated young talent present themselves there - and we were proud to be one of them!

3. Workshop of the 5-part seminar series at Gammel Engineering As part of our seminar series "Systematic occupational health management - proven methods and tools", the third workshop took place yesterday with great success. Under the expert guidance of Dr. Martin Simmel and Ms. Barbara Mayrhofer, this time everything revolved around the topic of psychological risk assessment - a central component of occupational health management (OHM).

After intensive preparations, the starting signal has now been given: The construction of the inclusive Franziskus children's home of the Catholic Youth Welfare (KJF) Regensburg on the grounds of the St. Franziskus vocational training center in Abensberg has officially begun with a ground-breaking ceremony. Gammel Engineering is proud to be the planning partner responsible for the technical building services - in particular the heating, ventilation and sanitary planning - and to contribute its expertise to the success of the 3.6 million euro construction project.

With the new Electronics Competence Center (ECC) in Neustadt an der Donau, Atlas Copco EPS is setting a strong example for the future of industry: energy-efficient, digitally planned and consistently sustainable. The project was awarded the BIM Prize Bavaria 2024 - and shows how modern planning and regional expertise work together perfectly.

What began in 2009 with an initial study is now a supra-regional showcase project for ecological district heating: together with the Kelheim public utility company, Gammel Engineering's decentralized energy systems team has been able to support and play a key role in the strategic and technical development of the Kelheim district heating network over many years.

Today marks the start of another very special day for our team.
