Yesterday, our weekly yoga program kicked off the new season.
Every Tuesday after work, Gammel Engineering employees gather for a group yoga session with Susanne Ohneis.
What began in November 2024 has since become an integral part of our daily work life and is now an indispensable part of many colleagues’ weekly schedules.
The regular sessions help bring body and mind into balance, relieve tension, and recharge after a day’s work.
At the same time, the group yoga evenings strengthen the sense of camaraderie within the team.
Michael and Gudrun Gammel rounded out the kickoff of the new yoga season with a light snack.
With a particularly delicious meal featuring fish and cheese, we were able to wind down the evening in a cozy atmosphere.
Many thanks to Michael and Gudrun for the wonderful evening and the delicious snack.
We’d also like to extend a special thank you to Susanne Ohneis, who manages to get a group from Gammel Engineering excited about yoga every week.
We look forward to many more relaxing Tuesdays and would like to sincerely thank Michael and Gudrun Gammel for making these weekly yoga sessions possible for us.
