Gammel Engineering GmbH was recognized as a TOP Company in Lower Bavaria in the Kelheim district.

Today we had the pleasure of attending the flag dedication ceremony for the Sandsbach Volunteer Fire Department. Special congratulations go to our colleague Anita, who has taken on the honorary role of flag mother with great passion—we’re proud of you!

Yesterday, a topping-out ceremony was held on the grounds of the B.B.W. St. Franziskus in Abensberg to celebrate the new inclusive Franziskus Children’s Center. Nine months after the groundbreaking, the building’s shell is complete, and the construction project is proceeding according to schedule.

We are very pleased that our project on Herreninsel in Lake Chiemsee was featured in the latest issue of the trade journal *building & automation*.

On June 2, 2026, we welcomed the newly elected state chairman of the FDP Bavaria, Matthias Fischbach, as well as the new Secretary General Daniel Kuhagen together with the FDP Kelheim - represented by Susanne Blask and Dr. Heinz Kroiss - at Gammel Engineering in Abensberg.

Yesterday, we welcomed a special visitor to Gammel Engineering: the cyclists of the Glückstour 2026 made a stop at our premises. With great personal commitment, they are collecting donations for children with cancer and serious illnesses on their tour. This impressive initiative has been moving people and providing concrete help for many years.

Our employees voted together and decided to support the Hölzgen family with a donation from the Gammel Family Social Fund.

The exchange on digitalization, AI and new technologies is becoming increasingly important for companies. We are therefore all the more pleased that our authorized signatory Thomas Winkler will also be supporting these topics in the digitalization committee of the Regensburg Chamber of Industry and Commerce in future.

On 12.05.2026, Gammel Engineering was once again a guest at the Waltl-Hof for the annual asparagus dinner. In a relaxed atmosphere, with excellent food and good conversation, the focus was on one thing above all: spending time together as a team.

iKWK in practice - how modern heat supply works! At BHKW 2026, Dr.-Ing. Stefanie Reil provided exciting insights into the design and planning of iKWK systems. cHP systems combine CHP plants, renewable heat sources and power-to-heat (PtH) to provide heat in line with the electricity market - technically demanding, regulatory complex, but full of opportunities for a flexible, climate-friendly energy supply.

On April 21, 2026, the Bavarian Energy Forum took place in Gunzenhausen; it is one of the most important gatherings for municipal decision-makers, energy providers, and planning experts in Bavaria. Gammel Engineering was also represented as an exhibitor and presented its own technical presentation.
