20 Years at Gammel Engineering—Congratulations, Florian!
Today we celebrated a special anniversary: Florian Prantl has been with Gammel Engineering for 20 years.
Over these two decades, technologies have changed, projects have evolved, and teams have been reorganized.
One thing has remained constant: Florian Prantl has been a reliable fixture at Gammel Engineering.
Today, we not only celebrated his anniversary with the company but also recognized his professional and personal growth, as well as the remarkable development of the team, which he has significantly shaped over many years.
His story began in the summer of 2005 as an intern while studying mechanical engineering. During his studies, Florian worked part-time at Gammel Engineering and actively supported his colleagues at the time.
After successfully completing his diploma exam in 2007, he transitioned to a full-time position effective February 1, 2007.
Today, Florian works as an independent project planner and manager. All of his completed and ongoing projects involve more than just individual systems.
It’s about our clients’ technical transformation—and thus precisely what Gammel Engineering stands for: customized, technology-neutral, and economically viable energy concepts.
What particularly sets Florian apart as a person is his combination of technical expertise, personal reliability, and trustworthiness.
Over the years, he has evolved from a mentee to a mentor. His knowledge should not remain with individuals but be passed on within the team. With this mindset, he has had a significant influence on his current team over many years. The team is stronger professionally, more closely bonded on a personal level, and stands by one another.
We at Gammel Engineering are particularly proud of this.
Dear Florian, we sincerely thank you for 20 years of dedication, technical expertise, loyalty, and reliability. You are an important part of the Gammel family.
Congratulations on your anniversary, and here’s to many more years together!
