At this year's duck dinner at Landgasthof Röhrl in Pullach, we were once again treated to a delicious meal - crispy duck, served with red cabbage and dumplings.
What makes Gammel Engineering a special employer for you? What was already exemplified in the early days with seven employees has not changed to this day has not changed to this day: We are a family! Which project are you particularly proud of - and why? For me, it's exciting to see how the energy sector and, of course, Gammel Engineering has developed with all the technical possibilities. From biomass to combined heat and power to innovative overall concepts - it makes me proud to be able to make a contribution to future-oriented energy Energy technology. Long-term projects in particular, where we support customers over many years mean a lot to me.
What are you personally doing to combat climate change? Anyone who deals with energy efficiency on a daily basis at work naturally also wants to save electricity in their private life - The pellet heating in our detached house is a good example of this.

3. Workshop of the 5-part seminar series at Gammel Engineering As part of our seminar series "Systematic occupational health management - proven methods and tools", the third workshop took place yesterday with great success. Under the expert guidance of Dr. Martin Simmel and Ms. Barbara Mayrhofer, this time everything revolved around the topic of psychological risk assessment - a central component of occupational health management (OHM).
