What makes Gammel Engineering a special employer for you? What was already exemplified in the early days with seven employees has not changed to this day has not changed to this day: We are a family! The open way in which personal wishes or problems are dealt with is something I really appreciate. The doors to the management are always open. I can take on responsibility in the company, contribute my organizational skills and help lead projects to success. Motivation and appreciation go hand in hand here Go hand in hand here.
Which project are you particularly proud of - and why? For me, it's exciting to see how the energy sector and, of course, Gammel Engineering has developed with all the technical possibilities. From biomass to combined heat and power to innovative overall concepts - it makes me proud to be able to make a contribution to future-oriented energy Energy technology. Long-term projects in particular, where we support customers over many years mean a lot to me.
What are you personally doing to combat climate change? Anyone who deals with energy efficiency on a daily basis at work naturally also wants to save electricity in their private life - The pellet heating in our detached house is a good example of this.

The "Healthy companies in the district of Kelheim" network, in which nine regional companies have joined forces to establish occupational health management (OHM) not as a short-term measure, but as a sustainable and systematic process, follows precisely this claim.
What great news! We are incredibly proud and delighted that, together with our partner IWR GmbH, we have been awarded the planning contract for a 12 MW seawater heat pump including seawater extraction and a biomass heating plant as part of the cross-border UNITED HEAT project.
