Project news: 12 MW seawater heat pump

We are incredibly proud and delighted that, together with our partner IWR GmbH, we have been awarded the planning contract for a 12 MW seawater heat pump including seawater extraction and a biomass heating plant as part of the cross-border UNITED HEAT project.

This project is something very special for us:

Innovative heat from Lake Berzdorf: renewable energy becomes modern district heating here - efficient, regional and forward-looking.
Cross-border & connecting: Stadtwerke Görlitz Aktiengesellschaft and Zgorzelec show what real European cooperation looks like in practice - with a common goal: a sustainable heat supply for the region.
Heat transition you can touch: UNITED HEAT brings together climate protection, security of supply and technological innovation - exactly the kind of projects we love.

We are delighted to have been awarded this contract and look forward to contributing our experience, passion and engineering skills to this extraordinarily exciting project.

Christmas party 2025 at Restaurant Schwögler

On November 28, 2025, it was that time again: our annual Christmas party was just around the corner - and as every year, our employees and their partners were able to look forward to a special evening. For many, the party is already a fixed part of the Advent season and is always a real highlight in the annual calendar. This time, too, we were treated to the finest cuisine by Restaurant Schwögler. The kitchen and service team provided great food, warm hospitality and a cozy atmosphere to ensure that everyone felt completely at ease.
