What makes Gammel Engineering a special employer for you? The company offers every individual the opportunity to constantly develop themselves further. Thanks to the diverse tasks and structures, it is easy to achieve professional and personal goals. I've been with the company since 1991 - and when friends ask me if I've never wanted to change, I can only answer: "I've constantly changed and developed!"
Which project are you particularly proud of - and why? What all projects have in common: The experiences and developments from previous projects always flow into the following ones. I particularly remember the Kuchlbauerturm and the Kunsthaus here in Abensberg. A truly unique project in which the art is absolutely in the foreground and the supply technology is completely invisible. What are you personally doing to combat climate change? Avoid unnecessary journeys by car - and very importantly: only buy from regional bakers and butchers.

Yoga has been an integral part of our company routine for exactly one year now! Every Tuesday after work, around 8 to 12 employees meet for a yoga session with Susanne Ohneis. What originally began as a test phase has now become a fixed part of our health program - and many colleagues can no longer imagine their weekly schedule without it.
At this year's duck dinner at Landgasthof Röhrl in Pullach, we were once again treated to a delicious meal - crispy duck, served with red cabbage and dumplings.
