Description
Tradition meets the future: the private brewery M.C. Wieninger in Teisendorf is replacing its heavy oil boilers with a state-of-the-art biomass steam generation system. Gammel Engineering planned a natural wood-fired boiler system (2.0 t/h) together with a peak load boiler (4.0 t/h) to supply the entire brewing process in a climate-friendly way.
🔧 Highlights of our solution:
- Steam utilization for brewing kettle, And heating - consistently sustainable brewing process
- District heating feed-in even in summer - oil is replaced by wood
- Flue gasEconomizer for maximum fuel utilization
- sewage gas power generation in the CHP - waste material becomes energy
- large buffer storage for flexible load shifting and increased efficiency
- option for steam engine to generate electricity from biomass steam
đź’ˇ Why Wieninger is a beacon for us:
Here, regenerative energy becomes a top priority - with a well thought-out overall system consisting of biomass, buffer storage, CHP and district heating.
Gammel Engineering is bringing the energy revolution to the brewery - efficiently, economically and with an eye to the future.
