Strike time in Regensburg - Our 2026 sports trip
In 2026, it was once again time to knock over pins, collect points and have lots of fun!
At 7 a.m. on Thursday, Franki U., a long-time project manager who brews beer after work, delivered his treasures. There was a beer tasting with 11 different types of beer, including wheat beer, light beer and of course the bombastic "high-calorie" Christmas beer - one tastier than the other.
The team around our entertainment manager Maximilian Hacker and the GF assistance organized everything perfectly again: Reception seating is "gastro-like", catering is coordinated down to the last detail. We were treated to a delicious Asian menu, accompanied by excellent wines from the hotel's own wine cellar. Some of the staff once again provided perfect desserts this year, demonstrating their baking skills.
As every year, our traditional auction was a complete success! The gifts we received from our business partners were auctioned off as they are every year. Our two auction professionals, Thomas Zweier and Martin Zieglmeier, once again held the auction in a very entertaining and professional manner. As every year, our company doubled the proceeds from this year's auction, donating a high four-figure sum to various social institutions. We are proud of the generosity in our team!We wish all our employees and business partners a Merry Christmas and a healthy and successful 2020 and we will be back on 07.01.2020!
The entire team of the Gammel family. :)

The official blessing of the new children's center in Regensburg took place on 13.03.2026. A significant step in the further development of medical care for children in the region. The St. Martin Children's Center now offers state-of-the-art new facilities for the treatment and care of young patients with physical and mental disabilities.
A healthy diet is a crucial building block for well-being, performance and long-term health. For this reason, nutritional advice was offered at GE as part of occupational health management (OHM), initiated by Evi Wittmann, who is responsible for OHM at the company.
