Marion and Robert have been extremely committed and loyal members of the Gammel family for 30 years. Over time, we have mastered good and bad times together, kept the company on course and, above all, realized exciting energy and building technology projects for regular customers.
Marion Schuler was our first assistant in the team and, 30 years ago, took on a lot of the work that engineers with a focus on technology were not so good at in the early years. We quickly realized that a highly qualified and dedicated team assistant was a great help and relief for the technicians. Marion greatly enriched the very extensive studies in the "municipal energy saving concepts" funding framework with her knowledge of German - the texts were immediately error-free and written in polished German. Especially the coordination and coordination of deadlines and activities of the planning and construction management teams with the implementation companies and of course our planning partners and clients are written on the body of the eloquent Marion. 30 years of experience in the project business and dealing with a wide variety of characters are the basis for the fact that nothing can upset our Marion so easily.
Robert Göttfried joined our team as a young planner and very quickly established a regular clientele through his conscientious work. For many years, Robert has been managing all the Catholic Youth Welfare projects commissioned by our company with the utmost commitment. In the meantime, systems from Robert's Sturm und Drang days have been technically updated and redesigned by him - it's great to be able to look after technical systems for more than 20 years and to be the contact person for re-engineering again! The basis for this is the approach of planning and building as if every system also had to be invested in and operated sustainably by the planner - the guarantee for the best possible technology and cost-effectiveness! In addition, Robert is always the point of contact for young people who are looking to join our company as engineers or technicians. The wealth of experience helps enormously with orientation and training!
Of course, an anniversary like this should be celebrated properly as a team! We'll wait a few more weeks until this is possible again in our beautiful garden.
