Spektrum Gebäudetechnik highlights the modern energy supply concept in conjunction with professional energy management in the production of high-quality dairy products. Heat from the biomass cogeneration plant at the nearby paper mill is no longer disposed of via balance sheet coolers" instead, it is used to sustainably supply the Goldsteig cheese dairy via intelligent heat extraction and the new district heating line. The transformation and the optimal integration of the energy flows into the complex production facilities were also developed and implemented by the "Food Team" Gammel Engineering GmbH in close coordination with our long-standing client Goldsteig.
We are delighted with the successful project and wish Goldsteig continued success with the best, sustainably manufactured products!

Rising energy and raw material prices can be counteracted by using sustainable energy technologies and thus reducing CO2 emissions. This not only significantly reduces cost explosions, but also reduces your own ecological footprint. Pioneers in the dairy industry are also focusing on this.
