The first block was about personal motivation and attitude. What motivation and attitude do I have? Do I see these on the outside and where are my motivational factors? Thanks to the speaker's very clear presentation, the participants were quickly able to examine themselves in the first step.
This led to the development of a cause/effect principle, which was discussed in the next topic area. What attitude do I have towards my actions at work and in my private life? How can my performance, my success and my quality of life be improved? The elementary laws of effect were also explained. How does my self-image come about, how does the external image develop and where does my desired image lie?In the afternoon, there were two extremely exciting parts of the seminar. Each participant gave their self-image in front of the assembled participants and was then analyzed by three colleagues who simultaneously created external images. The results were not commented on further and it was decided in advance that they would remain "in the room".
The highlight of the event was a presentation in front of the camera. Four volunteers gave a short presentation in front of the camera. The participants were asked to take notes during the presentation and afterwards the film sequence was analyzed together with the speaker of the day and accompanied by numerous tips on how to improve presentation technique.
All participants agreed in the summary of the day that the very entertaining and highly informative day was a significant benefit for every participant. Carola Nier managed to provide the participants with an interesting and valuable program throughout the day in a very efficient and ideal way. This will certainly not have been the last event with CommVivere at Gammel Engineering.
Thank you once again for the interest and committed cooperation of all participants and especially for the excellent moderation and leadership of Carola Nier.

Rising energy and raw material prices can be counteracted by using sustainable energy technologies and thus reducing CO2 emissions. This not only significantly reduces cost explosions, but also reduces your own ecological footprint. Pioneers in the dairy industry are also focusing on this.
