Tim is currently spending three months in Ghana, where he is fully committed to a volunteer program. As an English and math teacherhe teaches children aged 9 to 12 - both in the classroom and one-to-one. But that's not all: through the organization Atlas Volunteers, he is also committed to the preservation of the rainforest and actively contributes to environmental protectionthrough reforestation.
Ghana, a country with a rich culture, breathtaking nature and warm people, is the ideal place to combine education and environmental awareness - two values that also drive us as a company. Tim's commitment is an impressive demonstration of how young people with heart, courage and drivecan have a positive impact on the world.
For Tim, this project is a matter close to his heart. It is an honor for us to accompany him on this journey. Yesterday, a topping-out ceremony was held on the grounds of the B.B.W. St. Franziskus in Abensberg to celebrate the new inclusive Franziskus Children’s Center. Nine months after the groundbreaking, the building’s shell is complete, and the construction project is proceeding according to schedule.
