With the iCube, energy storage and power electronics save energy costs every day instead of waiting for their emergency use without adding value.The innovation at Gammel Engineering is the combination of UPS and storage system, so that the costs for decentralized UPS are eliminated and the building is secured. Another new feature is that the solar system and CHP units can continue to run without interruption even in the event of a power failure and increase the battery backup time or even recharge the battery in the event of a surplus.
The system is based on the latest LiIon technology, which allows a high charging capacity of the battery.

Yesterday, a topping-out ceremony was held on the grounds of the B.B.W. St. Franziskus in Abensberg to celebrate the new inclusive Franziskus Children’s Center. Nine months after the groundbreaking, the building’s shell is complete, and the construction project is proceeding according to schedule.
