We involve the entire team in decisions on the strategic development of our company: My employees are the most honest, committed and knowledgeable advisors in this regard! Together, we have set ourselves the goal of growing not in terms of personnel but exclusively in terms of quality. We are therefore not expanding by adding more and more employees, which experience has shown often means a lower quality of service. This appreciation for our employees and their families means the lowest staff turnover
We have a really great working atmosphere and many are also active together in their free time. Word has gotten around that we work hard, but that the Gammel family also has a lot of fun. Young engineers and technicians already contact us during their training - we offer semester, bachelor or master theses and thus the chance to get to know us. Those who fit in with us are then happy to stay in the team. Most of our colleagues have also relocated to the region or built homes, made friends quickly and are active in clubs.
