Fit through the winter: Our yoga program for employees
Yoga with Susanne Ohneis
Once a week, always on Tuesdays, it's time to roll out the mat and get moving! Our experienced yoga teacher Susanne Ohneis gets us moving and shows us how to become more flexible, relaxed, balanced and healthy through targeted exercises. The classes are perfect for bringing body and mind into harmony - and the best thing about it is that it's twice as much fun together with your colleagues.
Fit and relaxed through the winter - and beyond
It is particularly important to look after your health in the colder months of the year, when the days are shorter and the challenges are often greater. Our yoga program offers the ideal opportunity to reduce stress and recharge your batteries. The yoga courses have always been fully booked since the beginning, which shows how popular and valuable this offer is. This not only keeps us fit through the winter, but also lays the foundations for a healthy 2025.
We are excited to see what other ideas our company has in store for us and look forward to many more dynamic yoga sessions in the future!
