After the welcome address by District Administrator Martin Neumeyer and Wolfram Hatz, (President of bayme - Bayerischer Unternehmensverband Metall und Elektro e. V., vbm - Verband der Bayerischen Metall- und Elektro-Industrie e. V. and President of vbw - Vereinigung der Bayerischen Wirtschaft e. V., Munich) the awards ceremony for the TOP companies in Lower Bavaria and Newcomer in the district of Kelheim in cooperation with the Niederbayern-Forum e.V., laudatory speech by District President Rainer Haselbeck and video message by District President Dr. Olaf Heinrich.
The Pulse Lecture: "Strong economy. Strong Germany." by Dr. Rainer Dulger, President of the Confederation of German Employers' Associations, was the key point of the evening. Immediately afterwards, the speaker called for an open discussion of current topics. The impetus provided by Dr. Dulger was not only thought-provoking, but also provided a perfect template for the subsequent discussion with the company representatives from the district.
The closing dialog was held by Dr. Georg Haber, President of the Lower Bavaria-Upper Palatinate Chamber of Crafts and Michael Gammel, Chairman of the Kelheim Chamber of Industry and Commerce Committee and Managing Director and owner of Gammel Engineering GmbH.A really top-class and perfectly organized business day in our district of Kelheim! He started with us around 25 years ago as a young engineer and grew from project manager to project manager to authorized signatory. With a great deal of passion and dedication, he has become a permanent fixture in our management team. But above all, Tom is a real team player who always has an open ear, is always willing to help and makes everyday life easier with his good humor.
