Project news: iKWK Neu-Ulm & Senden
Systematic heat transition - directly from the region!
Just in time for the July 31, 2014 deadline, the Birkenhof is commissioning the new natural gas cogeneration plant for the combined generation of electricity (>130 kW) and heat (approx. 155 kW). The electricity covers the entire base load in the modern restaurant complex with its 2-star Eisvogel restaurant. The extraordinary creativity of Hubert Obendorfer's kitchen and his team also inspired the planners at Gammel Engineering: An innovative overall concept to reduce energy costs and emissions is a perfect fit for the catering business with the most beautiful SPA area and a fantastic view over the wooded Upper Palatinate hills with a magnificent lake landscape - pure relaxation without the risk of traffic jams on arrival.
Just take a look at http://www.landhotel-birkenhof.de - the ultimate desire for vacation and enjoyment is guaranteed to set in immediately. And via the webcam you can see the construction progress of the new apartments and the extension of the wellness area, which will of course also be supplied with environmentally friendly energy via the new energy center. Team Gammel Engineering is the building services engineering partner of Landhotel Birkenhof - we would like to thank them for their trust and friendly cooperation.

Systematic heat transition - directly from the region!
Once again this year, we had a wonderful internal Christmas party together. A big thank you goes to our entertainment manager Sonja Eichstätter for organizing the evening.
Healthy and motivated employees are the foundation of a successful company - especially in economically challenging times. The "Healthy companies in the district of Kelheim" network, in which nine regional companies have joined forces to establish occupational health management (OHM) not as a short-term measure, but as a sustainable and systematic process, follows precisely this claim.
