Every year again - our internal Christmas party
Once again this year, we had a wonderful internal Christmas party together. A big thank you goes to our entertainment manager Sonja Eichstätter for organizing the evening.
Extraordinary commitment and loyalty to the company but also to "his" clients characterize Thomas Winkler. In his short speech, owner Michael Gammel was able to name many regular customers, including long-standing "fans" of Thomas. Especially in the field of decentralized energy systems, sustainable cooperation and long-term responsible advice and support for projects is our "trademark". It's great when the predicted business models are confirmed in practice or even surpassed as a result.
Thomas Winkler is also in charge of quality assurance for our "tools", routines and processes at our company. This ensures that our planning teams always work to the latest standards - and with consistently high quality. Digitalization and a paperless office are top priorities at our company. We therefore also have proven expertise and practice in modern project work with BIM - Building Information Modeling - we demand and promote this holistic approach to the best of our ability.
Thank you very much, dear Thomas, for your tireless commitment, the very trusting cooperation and your friendship over the past 20 years. We are all looking forward to the next 20!
For the entire Gammel family team
Michael and Gudrun Gammel.

Healthy and motivated employees are the foundation of a successful company - especially in economically challenging times. The "Healthy companies in the district of Kelheim" network, in which nine regional companies have joined forces to establish occupational health management (OHM) not as a short-term measure, but as a sustainable and systematic process, follows precisely this claim.
What great news! We are incredibly proud and delighted that, together with our partner IWR GmbH, we have been awarded the planning contract for a 12 MW seawater heat pump including seawater extraction and a biomass heating plant as part of the cross-border UNITED HEAT project.
