The renovation of the St. Josef retirement home in Neustadt an der Donau has been planned for many years. Now momentum is building!

Our engineering team with project manager Thomas Winkler planned the new energy center with CHP and thermal oil sterilization for the Vivantes Clinic in Berlin-Neukölln across all service phases and supervised it during the construction phase.

The first innovative CHP plants (iKWK) go into operation. Our team developed the iKWK project together with Stadtwerke Bad Reichenhall and implemented the engineering after winning the first round of tenders.

The year that is coming to an end was not only characterized by corona, but also by massively rising energy prices. The dairy industry has been particularly hard hit due to the high demand for heating and cooling.

The secondary school in Neustadt an der Waldnaab is currently being completely renovated according to plans by Brückner & Brückner Architekten. Our team is responsible for modern building technology in this flagship project.
