On 21.07.2018, our cycling enthusiasts once again organized a mountain bike tour. This time we went to the Kleiner Arbersee. The tour started at the Lohberg zoo.

Refugees, asylum seekers, drowned people, anchor centers, rescue ships, Seehofer. The newspapers, news and TV magazine shows are full of it. In the end, yes: the closure of the Mediterranean. But nobody dares to use this word. Instead, the obfuscating term "asylum compromise" is on everyone's lips and in all the media.

Safety first! Last Saturday, we booked a driving safety training course with the ADAC for some of our employees. The safety of our employees is very important to us - especially in the hustle and bustle of everyday life, it is good to know how the car reacts in certain exceptional situations.

Last Friday, we had a really good time again: during the lunch break, our boss (chef) personally grilled a pot roast for all employees as a belated birthday dinner.

At our monthly team meeting last Friday, we had the pleasure of congratulating Oliver Möstl on successfully completing his extensive, multi-year training course. We are proud to have a "certified expert for building services fire protection (EIPOS)" and thus even more "certified competence" in our team.

Last weekend, almost all of our employees set off on our annual company outing. This year we went to the beautiful Berchtesgadener Land.

On Thursday, 24.05.2018, our annual asparagus dinner took place with the whole team. This year, we were cooked for by the Röll family in Sandharlanden.

No, a new energy market regulation that really makes it possible to supply 100% of Germany's electricity from renewable energies does not yet exist. Fabio Longo, Vice President of the international, non-partisan Eurosolar Association, therefore called for "decisions to be made by politicians" at this year's municipal utilities conference in Nuremberg. According to Longo, it is not to be expected that "the market" will take care of everything.

On 05.05.2018, we went on a mountain bike tour through the Altmühltal valley. The tour started at Lake Agatha in Riedenburg.

We have already reported several times here that the Federal Network Agency (BNetzA) has the task of putting renewable energy plants out to tender and awarding contracts. The Bonn-based authority also completed the first round of tenders for combined heat and power (CHP) plants at the end of 2017.
