When the fifth season begins in Abensberg, a state of emergency prevails - and as every year, we can't be missing!
Theory and practice in driving safety were taught by trained ADAC staff.
Throughout the day, they learned the correct seating position and steering techniques, emergency braking in a wide range of road conditions and speeds, how to avoid obstacles correctly and how driver assistance systems work and react. The behavior and limits of our own vehicles were tested under "laboratory conditions". Our employees had the most fun drifting around bends, especially those with rear-wheel drive...
Behind all the fun, however, there was also an important realization: the most important pedal is not the accelerator, but the brake pedal. On Saturday morning, they would probably have answered the question about the most important pedal differently... ;-)

Sri Lanka Hilfe Abensberg e.V. is the project close to the heart of our long-time friend Hedlen Zirngibl. She has been working with incredible dedication for the people of Sri Lanka for many years. We continuously support this commitment with our social fund - this year we have provided €1,000 for this purpose.
Michael and Gudrun Gammel's brother-in-law, Martin Kundler from Neustadt an der Donau, has been a passionate hobby gardener for many years. His large garden with numerous trees and lots of vegetables is a real treasure trove of nature.
