On Friday, 18.11.2022, the specialist lawyer for construction and architectural law, lawyer Markus Zenetti, partner at FASP Finck & Partner Rechtsanwälte Steuerberater mbB, trained our employees. Mr. Zenetti very clearly brought our project managers up to date with the basics of construction contract law - VOB/A, VOB/B, VOB/C (short) and BGB (law on contracts for work and services). The reference to the practice of construction made the day entertaining and there was also enough time for professional and personal exchange over lunch. Many thanks for that!

Our authorized signatory Thomas Winkler represented Gammel Engineering GmbH at the CHP annual general meeting in Würzburg. As a recognized specialist in the industry for highly efficient energy systems and, of course, CHP, it made sense to have Thomas Winkler contribute his expertise and practical experience as a participant in the panel discussion. We would like to thank him for this! The renowned event is organized annually (except in the past 2 years) by BHKW-Consult, Markus Gailfuß, and is regarded as the Germany-wide industry get-together on the subject of combined heat and power generation.

"Der österreichische Installateur" reports on the CHP project at the hospital in Berlin-Neukölln. Our team was allowed to develop the project, implement the engineering and take over the local construction management. Many thanks to our clients for the constructive cooperation! And of course a big thank you to the manufacturers and contractors for the commitment of every single craftsman - the result is really something to be proud of!

With this in mind, the Project Assistance team and Gudrun Gammel had the pleasure of spending a convivial evening at Zoran, Abensberg. As always, the restaurant impressed with its first-class service and excellent food, so it was no surprise that there was a lot of laughter and enjoyment. Together as a team and as a team, we start the last weeks of 2022 stronger than ever.

In our planning project for the district of Neustadt a. d. Waldnaab, general refurbishment of the multi-purpose gymnasium, our project manager Frank Ulbrich was able to coordinate the installation of the new external air towers for the gymnasium's ventilation system today.

Over 160 guests attended this year's business reception, which was organized by the Kelheim District Economic Development Agency together with the Bavarian Business Association, the Regensburg Chamber of Industry and Commerce for Upper Palatinate/Kelheim and the Lower Bavaria-Upper Palatinate Chamber of Crafts. The event was all about the local economy and the exchange of ideas and was moderated by the economic officer Sandra Schneider.

On 27.10.2022, Gammel Engineering GmbH presented itself at the CONNECTA company contact fair. For 25 years now, students and company representatives have been brought into personal contact on the OTH Regensburg campus. Our management, represented by Dr. Stefanie Reil and Max Oblinger, were able to make many contacts throughout the day and the great interest in our Gammel Engineering family was overwhelming. It is always a pleasure to be in contact with young, committed people. Gammel Engineering GmbH is looking forward to our future employees and to the next CONNECTA!

How nice that we were able to enjoy our traditional duck dinner together again last night. The ducks at Gasthaus Landendinger in Tollbach were excellent as always and the atmosphere was relaxed and cheerful. A great start to the last quarter of 2022. Thanks to our dear Ingrid Stierstorfer for organizing it. We look forward to next year!

With Naturenergie Cham, our team achieved a "great success" more than 10 years ago. The strategic goals of Käserei Goldsteig and Stadtwerke Cham formed the basis for the local energy supplier's business model. We have succeeded in stabilizing the energy costs of our heating customers at a very low level from today's perspective - an extremely important location and competitive factor! And the added value from the fuel supply and the operation of the combined heat and power plant and district heating remains in the region - a double benefit!
