Lions doughnut feast 2025
As in previous years, we will of course not miss out on the popular Lions doughnut feast on 11.11 this year.
Immediately after completing his training as a technical system planner, Max joined us as a CAD designer - with a great deal of enthusiasm for technology and a real flair for precise work. Right from the start, he took on responsibility for drawings, calculations and coordination with architects and companies. Anyone who works with Max knows: you can rely on him!
A lot has happened in the last 10 years: Max has successfully completed a project management training course with a GPM certificate and has developed from a designer to a planner who thinks for himself, takes responsibility and independently drives projects forward. To expand his specialist knowledge even further, Max has also completed training as a sprinkler planner.
After a brief excursion to a competitor, Max quickly returned - and for good reason. For him, Gammel Engineering is not just an employer, but a professional home. Or, as Max himself puts it: "a family".
We are proud to have such a dedicated and reliable colleague in our team. Thank you, Max, for your commitment, your loyalty, your team spirit and your humor - and for your passion, your expertise and your loyalty over the past ten years! Here's to many more years together.

Yoga has been an integral part of our company routine for exactly one year now! Every Tuesday after work, around 8 to 12 employees meet for a yoga session with Susanne Ohneis. What originally began as a test phase has now become a fixed part of our health program - and many colleagues can no longer imagine their weekly schedule without it.
At this year's duck dinner at Landgasthof Röhrl in Pullach, we were once again treated to a delicious meal - crispy duck, served with red cabbage and dumplings.
