The developments in our society are the driving force for the managing directors of Wohnbau St.Wolfgang, Markus Leberkern and Dieter Scheil,. Demographic trends suggest an increased commitment to the construction of senior-friendly apartments. Of course, it is also a great pleasure for our planning team to discuss the latest scientific findings of our project partner OTH on "living in old age" and to incorporate them into planning practice.

We continuously support this commitment with our social fund - this year we have provided €1,000 for this purpose.
Michael and Gudrun Gammel's brother-in-law, Martin Kundler from Neustadt an der Donau, has been a passionate hobby gardener for many years. His large garden with numerous trees and lots of vegetables is a real treasure trove of nature.
