Starting signal for Stadtwerke München company apartments

On October 14, 2019, the foundation stone was laid for a total of 118 employee apartments at Stadtwerke München.

This not only gives Stadtwerke München an advantage in the competition for qualified employees, but also ensures that affordable apartments are created in the long term. Construction work is now running at full speed and the main contracts have been awarded.

We have the privilege of planning the building technology for this project and, together with the entire team, are looking forward to the realization phase "of our" trades for this pioneering residential construction project.

Mayor Dieter Reiter and Werner Albrecht, Managing Director of SWM, gave the symbolic starting signal for the project in bright sunshine.

Yoga has been an integral part of our company routine for exactly one year now! Every Tuesday after work, around 8 to 12 employees meet for a yoga session with Susanne Ohneis. What originally began as a test phase has now become a fixed part of our health program - and many colleagues can no longer imagine their weekly schedule without it.
