In the heart of the town of Vohburg a. d. Donau, Gammel Engineering has implemented an innovative local heating supply system - embedded in the historic Kultur-Stadl, a listed building. The conversion of the former ice cellar into a heating center shows how climate-friendly technology and planning in keeping with the listed building can go hand in hand.

- Heat generation via two cogeneration units (CHP units) for base load coverage and a gas condensing boiler for peak load
- Local heating network with prepared outlets for future expansions
