The Meiereigenossenschaft eG Viöl is relocating its production plant to a new site on the outskirts of the village - with the aim of doubling its production capacity from 100,000 tons to 200,000 tons of raw milk per year.
Gammel Engineering is responsible for the entire supply technology - from steam, cryogenics, water and waste water to high and low voltage current.

- Integration of a CHP plant to generate its own electricity and use the waste heat in the production process
