With the reconstruction of the historic Zehentstadel on the former brewery site, the community of Train has created a new, lively village center.
Gammel Engineering planned the entire technical building equipment and placed particular emphasis on flexibility, energy efficiency and future-proofing.
🔧 Highlights of our solution:
- Gas condensing boiler system as an interim solution, prepared for later connection to a biomass local heating network
- Central underfloor heating with radio thermostats on the ground floor, radiators on the upper floors
- Three ventilation units with central control for the hall, Kitchen and sanitary areas
- Bus system with touch panel control, modern media technology with projector, speakers and screens
- Barrier-free access via built-in elevator
