Description
We were commissioned by BMW AG at the Regensburg site to prepare a feasibility study for the heating concept of buildings 55.3 and 55.4. The aim was to develop a future-proof supply system - efficient, economical, compliant with legal requirements and sustainable.
Gammel Engineering analyzed different heating technologies, took into account regulatory framework conditions (including EnEV, EEWärmeG, CO₂ emission targets) and examined the optimal use of gas condensing boilers, heat pumps and hydridized systems with solar thermal energy.
🔧 Our services at a glance:
- Rough and detailed analysis of the existing heat demand - consumption parameters, load profiles, panel heating systems
- Evaluation of variants: Gas condensing boiler system, heat pump, hybrid with solar thermal
- Economic efficiency test taking into account subsidy programs and future energy prices
- Life cycle assessment and CO₂ balancing - for an environmentally friendly basis for decision-making
- Development of a prioritization proposal ready for implementation including investment and operating figures
- . Investment and operating figures
