The Holzwerke Gmach, based in Pösing (district of Cham), is growing dynamically in its domestic and international business - driven by the increasing demand for high-quality, dried planed goods in a wide range of profiles and dimensions. In order to meet this development in the long term, the technical focus was not only placed on the continuous expansion of drying capacities, but also on a future-proof energy supply.
In close cooperation, a modern wood-fired combined heat and power plant was planned and realized, which today forms the energy basis for production and growth - resource-saving, economical and completely regenerative.
Gammel Engineering accompanied the strategic and technical development of the plant - from the energy concept to fuel logistics and grid connection.
