Description
As part of a stage-by-stage general refurbishment during ongoing school operations, the entire technical building equipment was restructured - with a focus on resource-saving technology and user-friendly operability.
The outdated storage heating system was replaced by a central, renewable pellet heating system, which supplies all parts of the school. Particularly efficient: the existing heating system of the neighboring Römerhalle was connected - in part-load operation, the school can now fully supply the Römerhalle. Conversely, the Römerhalle serves as a peak load reserve if required.
All systems are integrated into the central control technology and can be controlled via individual room control - for optimized energy use and permanently reduced operating costs.
🔧 Highlights of our solution:
- Central pellet heating for all school buildings
- Part-load supply of the Römerhalle from the school network
- Peak load coverage from the Römerhalle system
- Intelligent control: central control center & individual room control
💡 Why this project is convincing:
We combine refurbishment, school operation and energy efficiency - intelligent, environmentally friendly and reliable.
