In Neustadt an der Waldnaab, we are supporting the comprehensive general refurbishment of the secondary school with multiple gymnasium - a challenging project during ongoing school operations. The refurbishment is being carried out in three coordinated construction phases, parallel to everyday school life. Together with the architects, we have developed a detailed removal and construction time management plan - with foresight, precision and consideration for school operations.
The complete renewal of the supply technology is at the heart of the technical planning. The classrooms will be equipped with modern mechanical ventilation, which guarantees an energy-optimized supply of fresh air and an improved indoor climate. The previously electrically heated school will in future be supplied with hot water heating with tube radiators - efficient, convenient and sustainable.
A special highlight: the secondary school will be connected directly to the new communal district heating supply - a logical step towards sustainable, climate-friendly heat use.
