The new pre-series center of SMP Deutschland GmbH was built in Neustadt an der Donau - a modern development site with high technical and architectural quality. The focus was on representative office space for management and development as well as a technical center for carrying out realistic tests and development processes on a scale of 1:1.
Gammel Engineering was commissioned with the comprehensive planning of all technical building services (technical building equipment) - from the basic assessment to project management (service phases 1-8 according to HOAI). Our planning combines the functional requirements of research operations with efficiency, sustainability and room comfort - both in the office areas and in the sophisticated technical center.
