Description
The Bavarian dairy industry in Jessen produces dry products and cheese. Together with you, we are currently supporting the doubling of output during ongoing operations - from 300 million liters of delivered milk per year to an impressive 600 million liters per year. The basis for this growth is a future-proof and scalable supply system, which we have planned and implemented on an interdisciplinary basis:
Our energy and supply concept:
- 🧑🔬 Steam & Heat: tailor-made boiler and steam networks for high process requirements
- ❄️ Cooling & ventilation: needs-based systems for product safety and room air conditioning
- ⚡ Electrical & I&C: modern control and regulation technology for precise process control
- 🌬️ Compressed air supply: central compressed air supply for automation and machines
- 🔁 Integration of new construction & existing buildings: consistent concept for old and new buildings
💡 Our planning in a nutshell:
- Growth during ongoing operations: We have seamlessly expanded the existing systems - without stopping production.
- Holistic focus: We think supply as a system - from steam to compressed air.
- Modular scalability: Technology that grows with the production volume.
- Efficiency & sustainability: geared towards maximum output with minimum resource requirements.
Conclusion: With the Jessen project, we are demonstrating how industrial expansion can succeed: technically precise, reliable and energy-efficient - a strong example of Gammel Engineering's expertise in process plant planning.
