We built a modern elementary school extension for the town of Hemau and then renovated the existing secondary and elementary school as well as the multiple gymnasium in terms of energy efficiency and fire protection during ongoing operations - all under high logistical demands.
Our technical masterpiece:

- By using climate control strips in conjunction with heating walls, we enabled comfortable, even heat distribution - even with floor-to-ceiling glazing, without compromising on appearance.
- Smart and efficient
- Our cross-trade measurement and control technology ensures energy-saving, user-friendly operation - reliably and intelligently coordinated.
- Refurbishment work during operation
- Despite the school being in operation, we modernized the old building in line with the KP2 package and completely refurbished the gymnasium - with a high level of organisational and fire safety responsibility.
Conclusion: Gammel Engineering is creating a school campus in Hemau that is technically well thought-out, aesthetically pleasing and functional - a prime example of how we build modern, sustainable and flexible school environments: from a single source and with strong strategic implementation.
