Since it was founded in 1966, Zechmayer has expanded its production facilities every ten years. As part of the latest new hall construction including office building in the Hütten industrial estate, we at Gammel Engineering planned and implemented the complete technical building equipment (TBE) - and at the same time raised the energy solution to a new level.

- CHP system with gas engine: We installed a natural gas-powered combined heat and power plant that combines electricity and heat for maximum efficiency - a strategic investment for the sustainable entrepreneur.
- Peak load boiler (170 kW): Quickly ready for use to cover peak loads - trouble-free, reliable.
- Fresh air for employees: A ventilation system with 7,000 m³/h ensures an excellent indoor climate in production and administration.
- Precise cooling & air conditioning: Compression chiller with 100 kW output supports machine technology and room comfort.
