We provided technical support and integrated the "Vacher Straße heating plant" project for the municipal energy supplier Infra Fürth. The aim was to create a sustainable district heating supply - efficient, flexible and climate-friendly. We converted the heating plant to the use of landfill gas and later wood chip operation and planned the complex connection to the existing local heating network.
Our services included the design of the gas and biogas fuel technology, the integration of a landfill gas flare with heat recovery for around 110 households and the adaptation of the entire hydraulic infrastructure. The result: around 1,000 tons of CO₂ saved per year by using landfill gas and a highly efficient wood chip heating system with a sustainable raw material source. We didn't plan just any heating plant - we created the infrastructure for a regenerative district heating supply.

- Low-gas technology: Innovation for stable combustion even with low gas quality
- Heat exchanger integration: Efficient heat transfer to the district heating network
- Scalable expansion: Preparation for wood chip operation and modular network reinforcement
