For the global automotive supplier Federal Mogul in Friedberg, we modernized the entire energy center and designed it to meet the requirements of efficient, flexible supply. The focus was on replacing old hot water boilers: instead, we installed powerful hot water boilers with a thermal output of 4 MW each - designed for a system-wide temperature regime of 95 °C flow / 65 °C return.
To ensure maximum flexibility, we relied on dual-fuel burners, which enable precise adjustment to current energy prices. We have already considered and implemented all the necessary preparatory installations in good time for future expansions - in particular the later integration of our own cogeneration unit and an absorption chiller.
