Under your management, a modern 1,500 m² production hall for LED and conventional light sources was built in Eichstätt - including office, meeting and social areas. As the technical architect for this project, Gammel Engineering was responsible for the entire technical building services: Heating, ventilation, sanitary, electrical and I&C technology - as well as planning the passenger elevator and freight platform. You seamlessly integrated the new building into the existing infrastructure - with a clever connection to the plant's local heating and cooling network.
Your design stands out in particular thanks to its clear architectural orientation: the media technology structure was precisely tailored to the usable areas - so that production and offices can work flexibly, efficiently and sustainably in equal measure. The MSR integration offers precise controllability and ensures a consistently high level of comfort - ideal for productive production processes and comfortable workplaces.
