Description
In Abensberg, Kiefernweg, 6 KfW Efficiency Houses 40 Plus were completed in mid-2021.
The technical center under the carports supplies the 6 DHH with electricity, heat, data and softened drinking water. A total of 98 kWp of PV modules were installed on the pent roofs; this system is linked via the central electricity storage unit (30kW/30kWh, modularly expandable) and primarily supplies the heating heat pump with the 4,000 l buffer tank in the boiler room, the decentralized drinking water heat pumps and the controlled apartment ventilation systems in the residential buildings. The low-temperature heat (38/30°C) from the energy center is distributed via a local heating network (KM pipes) to the 6 transfer stations without system separation for the underfloor heating systems. All components are optimally connected via MSR.
