The online kick-off event with ten young engineers and CAD designers focused on the complex calculation of heating loads. We virtually created new buildings, entered rooms and created components - and also learned about new calculation rules. This makes knowledge transfer fun!

His professional goal: to become a technician for heating, ventilation and air conditioning technology as a prerequisite for our newly created personnel profile "Design Engineer".
