Demographic trends suggest an increased commitment to the construction of senior-friendly apartments. Yesterday, a topping-out ceremony was held on the grounds of the B.B.W. St. Franziskus in Abensberg to celebrate the new inclusive Franziskus Children’s Center. Nine months after the groundbreaking, the building’s shell is complete, and the construction project is proceeding according to schedule.
