This appreciation is all the more gratifying because our boss Michael combined it with a fiery appeal: "Continue to contribute to counteracting climate change with your creativity and best performance! Here at Gammel Engineering, we can live the highest level of professional purpose every day - namely to secure a sustainable livelihood for our children and grandchildren!"

Project news: 12 MW seawater heat pump

What great news! We are incredibly proud and delighted that, together with our partner IWR GmbH, we have been awarded the planning contract for a 12 MW seawater heat pump including seawater extraction and a biomass heating plant as part of the cross-border UNITED HEAT project.

Christmas party 2025 at Restaurant Schwögler

On November 28, 2025, it was that time again: our annual Christmas party was just around the corner - and as every year, our employees and their partners were able to look forward to a special evening. For many, the party is already a fixed part of the Advent season and is always a real highlight in the annual calendar. This time, too, we were treated to the finest cuisine by Restaurant Schwögler. The kitchen and service team provided great food, warm hospitality and a cozy atmosphere to ensure that everyone felt completely at ease.
