On October 14, 2019, the foundation stone was laid for a total of 118 employee apartments at Stadtwerke München.
This not only gives Stadtwerke München an advantage in the competition for qualified employees, but also ensures that affordable apartments are created in the long term. Construction work is now running at full speed and the main contracts have been awarded.We have the privilege of planning the building technology for this project and, together with the entire team, are looking forward to the realization phase "of our" trades for this pioneering residential construction project.
Mayor Dieter Reiter and Werner Albrecht, Managing Director of SWM, gave the symbolic starting signal for the project in bright sunshine.
