Spring at last: GE family cycles from Cham to Kötzting
We start with a snack (catered by Oskar and Carina! Thank you very much!) at the Branch Cham. Fortified, we set off in the direction of Bad Kötzting by bike. After a short "warm-up ride", route master Max has added a mountain hiking trail - single trail...- as a special challenge. Probably as a test track for Michael's Hövding airbag bike helmet, which deploys off-road without a fall, much to the delight of the cyclists. All recreational and professional cyclists overcome the hurdle and then enjoy the ride in the beautiful landscape along the rain.
The younger guests also had fun and, of course, the route was also easy to manage with children's trailers.
A hearty a'la carte lunch in the Lindner-Bräu beer garden with fun conversations and many topics for which we otherwise have little time - a pleasure and a joy with lots of fun and laughter; it shows the joy of all cyclists. Then it's time to set off on the return journey
The Waffelfabrik Beier in Miltach - our client for many years - with its "Bahnhofscafé Waffel" is the perfect stopover for tasting the tempting products and, of course, a wide variety of creative ice cream sundaes.
By 6 p.m. we are finally back at our branch, tired but happy, in time for a farewell beer.
A wonderful, very successful day with friends!
Many thanks to everyone who prepared, organized and actively helped out
See you at the next Gammel family event!
