This was not about memorizing a standard greeting text on the phone, but rather about how we can respond individually to our conversation partner.
We also practiced speaking techniques with the cork - which turned out to be not so easy :)

With a great deal of passion and dedication, he has become a permanent fixture in our management team. But above all, Tom is a real team player who always has an open ear, is always willing to help and makes everyday life easier with his good humor.
