The Gammel Engineering team has been working on the energy model and its implementation for the new Paulaner brewery in Langwied in the west of Munich since the beginning of 2012. Together with the brewery professionals from Heineken and Paulaner, a large brewery with a capacity of up to 5 million hectoliters per year is being built there. Following the relocation of the Paulaner brewery, valuable living space is being created at Nockherberg in the heart of Munich - the property developer is Bayerische Hausbau.
