SMP has to deliver on November 3, 2014. This is when a facelifted B-Class will roll off the Mercedes production line. from then on, Samvardhana Motherson Peguform (SMP) will produce 1200 bumpers - for the front and rear - every day in Schierling. Today, all that can be seen at the new plant site is a lot of moving earth. The ground-breaking ceremony took place on Friday, and in three weeks' time construction of the buildings is due to begin in three weeks.
