MTB basic course for sporty employees!

On the trail, various riding techniques could be learned and tried out together with DAV riding technique trainer Sebastian.

Contents of the riding and safety training (excerpt):

Sitting / standing positions: Basic position, uphill and downhill position
Starting off and shifting gears on hills
Curves and hairpin bends downhill
driving up and down a wide variety of steps and stairs
braking correctly in every situation
emergency descent
and much more

After the tour, the participants returned to the Weisses Bräuhaus in Kelheim for an extended snack.

Many thanks to the organizer Oliver Möstl ! The excellently prepared team activity was completely accident-free and we really had a lot of fun.
